BAAH!

I can't run worth crap. I don't know how I'm going to do the 5ks. My ankles and calves get tight and I hurt so badly. AH!

make sure you're stretching before and after really well! your body will get used to it!

you sound like you're doing great, don't get discouraged! i can't run 3 miles in under 30 minutes and i've been running (just about) everyday for over a year...sad. plus, all that matters is that you run it. who cares about time, all you can do is your best.
