
I've lost weight-- I've only lost about 1/2 a lb since January- until now. I weigh 154.2 now! That's great! I'm finally starting to lose again. So I think I've lost 1.5 ish lbs since I last posted about losing more weight.-- Which I think was about the end of January.
I do Pilates
Run 3 miles per day -well try to run- still training
I eat 6 small meals a day- at least try my best too.
I have a Slimfast shake every morning- but I might change it to morning and noon- to see more results.
I'm so happy to see I've lost more weight! I'm down 10.6 lbs!

AMANDA! You look fab.! I totally can relate to your struggles. In fact, I just started doing almost the exact same as you 2 weeks ago and have lost 5 lbs. And also like you I am training for a 5K in April. But you have inspired me to start a blog similar to yours.... I feel like it might help me stay on track if I have to put all my fattness on record for the world to see!!! Go you!!!
But you look great!!! Good luck meeting your goal, I'm sure you'll do great!
