I've tried a lot of things- when I say things I mean weight-loss pills- but the only weightloss suppliment that works for me is Slim-Fast. I TOTALLY know Slim-Fast has a lot of sugar BUT the formula works for me.-- and it helps with my sugar cravings- so I'm going to implement it into my diet. It tastes great and it really really does help me lose weight. I LOVE IT! The directions say to mix with 8 oz of skim milk to make the meal 200 calories- but I do 4 oz of skim milk and 4 oz of water to make it 155 calories. It still tastes great to me. I wonder if someone else tried it that way if they would like it??... Well I have a high tolorence for bland and low fat/no fat foods- I actually love them. I love whole grains!! Oh!! I even found this bread that has 45 calories per slice.
I normally go with 100% whole wheat but I thought I'd work on cutting calories and a slice of 100% whole wheat bread is about 120 calories per slice. I am eating every 2 hours- each thing I eat is low calories. Anywho- this is what I'm doing now.

Have you checked out Sparkpeople.com by chance? Awesome for counting calories consumed and burned. It really helps a ton if you are able to be consistent with it. That's how I lost my first 25 lbs two years ago... loved it! Just thought I'd mention it!
I love slim fast!! I like the milk chocolate one, it really does help with your hunger and cravings.
