So I'm just so happy to say that I'm still losing weight!! HOORAY It's Wednesday and I worked out everyday (aside from Sunday) and I plan to work out everyday this week. It feels great, it really does! Total weight loss this far is: 7.4 pounds
I feel that my tummy is flatter but I feel like my face might still be a little rolly. But I admit, I look much better than I did 7.4 pounds ago! I'm so pleased. I hope hope hope I keep losing more weight! I will keep up what I am doing- cause it's working!

Awesome!! It really does feel so good once you get into a good routine. And it is very true that once you start eating healthy and then you eat something not so good for you it hurts your stomach. Pretty soon you won't even crave the sweets hardly at all. And I'm not sure with the headache thing, but if you find it does happen each time you eat fish, you are probably eating too much of it. Eat (skinless) chicken occasionally instead. Also, another thing that can give you headaches is dehydration, so make sure you're getting plenty of water throughout the day. Keep up the awesome work!
Hi Amanda, I'm really proud of you and this dieting routine. What a gal! I was going to say the same thing that Mandy just said...about the water. Make sure you are drinking plenty. Not getting enough can really mess things up. Been there, done that many times. Right now I'm kind of a "lost cause". bleep bleep
