Forgot to Mention

My cute husband Blake said he'd do the diet with me :o) so that really helps a ton!! Thanks lover!!! And he and I decided to do a free day... so like Fridays or Satrudays. Anywhoo. If anyone would like to join in please do! It's really great-- if you like fish that is.

Congrats on your weight loss in the first week! That's awesome. I just randomly stumbled across your blog and wanted to put in some words of encouragement! I myself lost weight a year or two ago, gained some of it back, and now want to get back to my original goal myself. I hope you don't mind me joining you! ;) I have a fitness/exercise blog (in addition to my regular one) but haven't posted on it for awhile. Good luck and I hope you see more progress this week!

YAY for you! I'm happy to hear Blake is willing to do it with you. It will make it much easier. CONGRATS ON THE 5 POUND LOSS! You are much better than me. Dieting never works for me since I have no self control. I have decided not to eat sweets like I have been for the past year or so and just cut it down to a minimum.

I'm jealous that you didn't work out much to get that five off. I haven't been able to make it to the gym for a while that is until this morning....I woke up at 500 AM...AM I CRAZY!!?? I have to do it this way or else I can't go.

Did you join a gym? When you do work out are you just at home? I wish we could go together it would be a huge support...and I think make it easier.
