Week 1!!!


Yay! I've been doing my healthy good stuff for a week now and I've lost 5.6 LBS!!!!! I now weigh 159.2. I'm so happy!! My mother-in-law gave me her diet to a healthier body and I started it yesterday. It was hard yesterday but I know it will get easier. I'm not giving up on it. Thanks Mama C!! :o)

no sugars/sweeteners of any kind, dairy, meat, prepared foods, canned foods. the best way to look at it is focus on what you can eat!

eat lots of fresh veggies/salads, samples of fruits, I just eat fruit for breakfast and that's it for the most part.
lots of fish. wild salmon is best. watch labels...no added coloring etc.
get a really good protein drink with lots of fiber, grains, veggies. I can get you one but its expensive.
you can have juice that is 100% natural juice.
lemons and herbs on your salads.
sea salt
allowed dairy:
real unsalted butter
sour cream
cream cheese
cottage cheese

2 eggs a week (omlets are great! you get creative with diff. veggies/mushrooms)
2 tats a week
raw nuts
& seeds (unsalted)
that’s about it.
as you get healthy you can add tyson chicken/natural
and whole grains

the rule that works best for all your meals is to eat 80-20
80% liquid 20% meat/grains
so a big salad with a small piece of fish
then a big salad with a small serving of grain or tate

I actually didn’t work out all that much. I walked every day up and down hills and got a ball to sit on while I watch tv to work my abs. I did a simple routine 3-4x a week.

Well that's her healthy diet from a specialist. I plan to work out often. I will keep all this up and I'll continue to see progress!!!

thanks sweetie for sharing this and being so great to want to do it. I would like to just add that it's very important to do a good detox/whole food supplement program first. I did a Bio-meridian reading to determine what my body needed first. I highly recommend it!
also always read labels! don't put anything in your mouth that would add toxins/sugars/dairy/corn products. (esp. high fructose corn syrup!!)
these things shut down your immune system and energy systems. so your free day might not be a good idea until you are cleaned out. also just walk and do light exercises while you are detoxing.
Its vital to drink tons of water! spring water is best.
I know it's alot to absorb and follow but its worth it.
