Beware of Weightloss Scams

I try to look for the easy way out of loosing weight. I even fell for a scam- I didn't get ripped off, thankfully. But it was fake none-the-less. I got the "free trial" of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse pills so I could lose weight faster (this was many months ago). I tried the pills for a little bit and I saw NO results- I'm guessing the pills are fake- nothing in them but maybe sugar or something. But I felt desperate so I wanted to try it. The woman's "blog" seemed legitimate at the time. There were comments on it and everything.



So today I came across the same blog and it said in January she had used the pills and lost weight- but I got the pills MANY months before that and it said she had lost the weight then. Her name is Becky Edwards... so I Googled her. I clicked on a link with her name on it and it was a different looking blog with the same picture as the other.




So they were saying it was the same girl but her name was Becky Adam this time. I went back to the Google results and clicked on a link just above it and it was a site listing all the scam weight loss websites- 224 found so far.



The most OBVIOUS scam site I found was this:




In the before and after pics she is in the same dress (different color) same background, same flowers and same position. Now if I would have seen this site the first time I probably wouldn't have fallen for it.

YEP call me silly but I was deperate to lose weight and I wanted an easy way out so it seemed ok to me.

I bought a few shirts- the ones I bought that are size L are too L for me. I got one that is an M and it's just right. YAY I was pushin an XL so I'm very happy to be back to size M. .... Now if I could only go down in my pant size- that has stayed the same.

Yay! Finally-


I've lost weight-- I've only lost about 1/2 a lb since January- until now. I weigh 154.2 now! That's great! I'm finally starting to lose again. So I think I've lost 1.5 ish lbs since I last posted about losing more weight.-- Which I think was about the end of January.

I do Pilates

Run 3 miles per day -well try to run- still training

I eat 6 small meals a day- at least try my best too.

I have a Slimfast shake every morning- but I might change it to morning and noon- to see more results.

I'm so happy to see I've lost more weight! I'm down 10.6 lbs!

Slim-Fast is my Friend



I've tried a lot of things- when I say things I mean weight-loss pills- but the only weightloss suppliment that works for me is Slim-Fast. I TOTALLY know Slim-Fast has a lot of sugar BUT the formula works for me.-- and it helps with my sugar cravings- so I'm going to implement it into my diet. It tastes great and it really really does help me lose weight. I LOVE IT! The directions say to mix with 8 oz of skim milk to make the meal 200 calories- but I do 4 oz of skim milk and 4 oz of water to make it 155 calories. It still tastes great to me. I wonder if someone else tried it that way if they would like it??... Well I have a high tolorence for bland and low fat/no fat foods- I actually love them. I love whole grains!! Oh!! I even found this bread that has 45 calories per slice. I normally go with 100% whole wheat but I thought I'd work on cutting calories and a slice of 100% whole wheat bread is about 120 calories per slice. I am eating every 2 hours- each thing I eat is low calories. Anywho- this is what I'm doing now.
