I will tell you but its probably not any better then what your doing already!! the biggest change for me was doing 6 small meals a day compared to 3. It really speeds up your metabolism and you get to be eating all the time. I eat like 2 ego waffles for breakfast, a yogurt around 10, small frozen lunch, then maybe 2 chewy bars around 3, then a dinner around 6. the last meal I always have after a workout. the most important thing to do after a workout is drink a glass of water and only eat PROTEIN! it repairs the muscles you broke down and shapes them again. I do my winsor pilates over almost everyday. but let me tell you, I have also hit a slump of not losing weight and you just have to power through it double time, so I do 2 pilates tapes a day, and do cardio for 40 mins instead of 25-30. ALSO, while doing cardio you need to be mindful of your heartrate. there is a certain target heart rate you need to stay within in order to lose weight. I have looked into it and it seems to be 60-70% of your max heart rate. so for young people its usually around 130-145. anytime I go above that, I notice I dont lose weight as easy. hope that helps!!!
your body might be used to your routine now. You need to change your routine every month. Try a new skill or video, do circuits, there's a lot of choices out there! Just keep your body guessing! You can do it!
Don't get down on yourself. Losing weight is NOT easy. I think you're doing a great job at exercising and eating right. I need to follow your example. ;)
Husband, Blake, and I met on a blind date just after Blake returned home from his mission in May of 2005. We knew we wanted to get married right away and we were married September 9th 2005. We adopted a baby girl, Gracie, June of 2009. And these are our stories...
